FASHIONPLATE- NAOMI POLKADOT MAXI SKIRT AT HIGH STREET ON HUDSON
This week’s fashionplate takes place at Philly offshoot High Street on Hudson. Went here for a catch up dinner on a Sunday night. The restaurant was not very full and the tables are close together. I decided to wear our super comfy Naomi polka dot maxi skirt. We had some nice rose to keep the weekend vibe flowing. We then proceeded to split a few things which we all know by now is my signature move. We started with the crispy broccoli which was fried and Asian inspired. This was interesting but we didn’t love the execution. They then brought out the baked potatoes which we really liked and was made with vegan sour cream. The mushrooms was our least favorite dish. It was too pungent and vinegary, and both adore mushrooms. The long island duck was great, one of our top 10 duck dishes. All in all it is a creative and fun menu although it was a mixed bag with us loving two of the dishes while the other two were meh. I would try brunch or lunch however. See how we styled this fashionplate below.
